My motto in life is to ‘try everything’ and ‘challenge yourself’. In trying new things, I learn to embrace failure — it’s fun and it teaches you things! I can use my analytical mind from my engineering background with my creative thinking that I learn through work and my MA to design digital experiences that people enjoy. My lifelong desire to do things that inspire people in a memorable and lasting way brought me to UX design.

<aside> 🤝 Collaboration over competition It's important to know we are not on this building product journey alone, and we can help each other along the way, having a supportive group of people around you is crucial for everyone to grow.

<aside> 1️⃣ Understanding the problem In my opinion, the first step in design is to understand the right problem to solve. To define the problem, nothing is more essential than having a deep understanding of users: observing their behavior, making sure we are asking the right questions to customers, and doing qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand their needs, expectations, and goals.

<aside> 2️⃣ Exploration & prototyping After understanding the problem, my next step are analyzing the research data, transforming them into user persona & user journey, structuring the information architecture, and conceptualizing my solution by wireframe.

<aside> 3️⃣ Testing and delivery
The last step is the most challenging but exciting part since this is the time when my solutions keep iterating and improving based on client and users' feedback. Documenting the result is also an essential part of the product development path.
